I trained MMA for a long time ago and I want to get back in shape again. Dan and Russ are black belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Russ actually has MMA fight experience. I don’t plan on fighting anymore but I want to be able to train back to that kind of intensity so these guys actually help me train like a fighter. Not only they train me hard, they are also correcting my form from boxing or kickboxing. They are helping me improve my BJJ technique. Each day is different so it makes it so much more fun to train with OC Fitness Coach.

Dan and crew over at OC Fitness are top notch!! They have great ratings for a reason!! You won’t be disappointed!! I have been going to Dan on and off for over 10 years and everytime I do I can see dramatic changes in my body with toning and shaping up in a very short time. I’ve been seeing Dan, Jerome, and others since July of 2019. My strength, conditioning, diet, and overall fitness are leaps and bounds better at 50 than they were at 30! Dan’s approach to fitness and nutrition is the best I’ve ever seen, and he drives accountability to keep you on track. I’ve tried other training in the past and never saw results. OC Fitness Coach is a new level. It’s worth every penny – can’t recommend them enough!

I was working out at a cross-fit type gym and found I was hurting myself because I was doing exercises incorrectly. I needed something more individualized. Found it with Dan and the Team at OC Fitness Coach! Great gym to work out at. Beautiful location at Lake Mission Viejo. I have been able to work out with several members of the Team at OC Fitness Coach. My sessions have included boxing, jogging, running, cycling, rowing, weights, stretching and even pilates! Each session is always different, which I love. I’m never bored with the workouts. Dan is also very knowledgeable with nutrition. I’m awful with my eating habits, but I see the difference in my workouts when I apply the basic principles of nutrition that are posted all over the gym. Dan also shares this info with you to have it at home! OC Fitness Coach really is the best personal training gym in Orange County!!

I’ve had great success and a great experience with OC Fitness Coach so far. It was an awesome combination of both customized exercise assistance with in home workouts (due to covid rules) but also in depth and knowledgeable guidance for nutritional purposes. I found Dan and Russ at OC Fitness Coach over 2 years ago when I was trying to get into shape for my wedding! My mom had been going for months before, and highly recommended them. Not only did they get me into the best shape for my wedding, but I was able to stay fit long afterwards. Love this place!! What differentiates OC Fitness from other personal trainers is that they go above and beyond. I was impressed that they even checked in with me outside of my training days. They really care and help keep you accountable. OC Fitness Coach is great for all ages! I am 21 years old, have seen people younger, and older work out there. No matter what type of physical condition you are in, you will walk away sweaty and feeling better than ever!

OC Fitness is in a beautiful location with all the state of the art equipment. Trainer Dan is amazing! He will work your butt off and you will feel the burn and yet you will enjoy it :). He is a super sweet and a very personable individual. Never judges you but motivates and pushes you to work hard towards your goals. He is always professional and extremely knowledgeable about physiology, nutrition and the psychology of exercise.

This place is great. Great staff as I loved working with Dan and Jerome, my trainers. They are awesome, funny, and smart trainers who pushed me along the way. I trained for 4 months and got the results I wanted to make me feel confident and stronger. My results show, especially on the soccer field when I’m going up against opponents. OC Fitness definitely helped me with my mental and physical strength as I pushed myself to become stronger each day. I am only 16 feeling so much more confident about my body thanks to OC Fitness and the great staff.
