Dan Tatro has been dedicated to training clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds since moving to California in 2009, building on a foundation in physical education that extends well beyond his time on the West Coast.
Drawing from his extensive experience, Dan has created innovative, science-driven fitness classes and workout programs designed to enhance health, happiness, and longevity. His approach centers on ongoing client education, emphasizing the benefits of regular physical activity and a diet rich in minimally processed, nutrient-dense foods. Dan’s mission is to empower individuals to make informed choices that support lifelong wellness.

- Decorated Infantry Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division with deployments to Afghanistan in 2003 and Iraq in 2004.
