My medication causes fatigue and I had to do something to make myself feel more confident and someone who will hold me accountable. I was referred to OC Fitness Coach and met with Dan. I immediately felt at ease as the studio is a calm and a non-intimidating environment. They put together a program for me that fits MY personal needs. They trained and showed me alternatives to ordinary exercises that will help strengthen my core without injury. They listened and built my confidence by getting me stronger with each session. I do a combination of stretching, balance, strength training and my favorite boxing.
