(Weight lifting workouts, cardio workouts, yoga workouts, stretching workouts, sport specific workouts all stress the body in different ways. It\u2019s best to figure out what type of workout will support your specific goals)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Organic or Gluten-free doesn\u2019t always mean healthy<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>It\u2019s best to eat a <strong><u>wide variety<\/u><\/strong> of nutrient-dense, minimally processed food<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Many people underestimate how drinking water can support weight loss efforts<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Don&#8217;t rely on motivation alone. If it&#8217;s a habit, you&#8217;ll do it regardless if you&#8217;re motivated or not<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Reaching a fitness goal is not always linear.
