In Semi-Private training, you can either workout with a small group of your personal friends, or you can be put in a small group of people at set times during the week. With Group training, the class times would be pre-determined as well and the class would be run “BootCamp” Style by 2 to 3 trainers and multiple circuit stations, making it a fun and fast-paced workout experience.
